There are numerous inspiring stories of career path changes and success stories inside Emergn, shaped by VFQ, our game changer for transforming organizations . For many of us the tremendous growth opportunities VFQ offers were obvious from the very beginning. For others, this evolved gradually by applying principles and practices into their daily work.

For Staci it was obvious from the beginning, as she saw the benefits of VFQ education firsthand, and appreciated how the ways of working aligned to her core values.

During one of our internal lunch & learn sessions she revealed her story of how VFQ Education, Principles and Essential Practices have been woven throughout her career. It has initiated transformational and inspiring changes for her and the teams she has been working with.
