We are currently seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join the team on exciting and challenging client engagements. 

Specific Characteristics for a Delivery Coordinator: 

Delivery Coordinators are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the client team.

Key Responsibilities

·        Support Delivery Execution: Assist the Delivery Manager in organizing and tracking work across teams, ensuring that key milestones and deliverables are met.·        Facilitate Communication: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and ensure clear communication between stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients.·        Monitor and Report Progress: Help maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into project status and risks.·        Assist with Planning & Scheduling: Work with teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and scheduling activities.·        Manage Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation, reporting, and governance requirements to support project predictability and decision-making.·        Coordinate Dependencies: Identify and track interdependencies between teams, escalating risks and blockers as needed.·        Support Agile and Lean Practices: Learn and promote agile ways of working, helping teams optimize delivery processes and improve collaboration.·        Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in managing stakeholder expectations by ensuring timely updates and transparent communication.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Are proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on ensuring teams stay aligned and on track.
  • Have good communication skills and enjoy working with different people across business and technical teams.
  • Are a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Have an interest in agile delivery, technology, and digital transformation.
  • Are eager to learn and grow within a global digital consultancy.

Preferred Qualifications
While this is an entry-level role, having the following experience or knowledge will be a plus:

  • Some familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban ways of working.
  • Experience with project coordination, administration, or support in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Teams.
