Welcome to Emergn UK & Ireland.
Who we are
Kristin Miltner-Zubrzycki
UK Location Lead
Wherever you’re based, when you’re part of Emergn you’re part of a diverse international community of friendly, supportive experts – working and sharing without borders.
Whether in our UK or Ireland offices, or remotely, you’ll be part of a team that’s helping major businesses create ideas and turn them into valuable products and customer experiences.
Our team is focused on consulting, product management and education. Our work is exciting. Challenging. And rewarding. Above all else, we’re trying to improve the way work works by creating lasting, positive change. Our client base is diverse. So there is plenty of opportunity to travel and the work is never dull.
London is the “home base” for some of our leadership team. So time in the office is a great opportunity to catch up and learn from them.
We’re a close-knit group too. So after days spent with clients, you’ll often find us taking advantage of local social activities, a trip to the pub, or visiting a quirky restaurant in the evening.

3 ways we give back
We’ll invest in you and your team
You’ll get to work with the latest technologies and innovative working practices through our VFQ philosophy and culture of continuous learning. We also offer a range of personalized learning activities, including internally and externally provided studies and access to professional conferences.
Your wellbeing is important to us
What our employees in the UK value the most from our benefit package is the health insurance and employee assistance program. Our generous private medical plan includes access to a countrywide hospital list and a nil excess premium. Our confidential employee assistance program is designed to support our employees’ mental, financial, and professional wellbeing. You’ll see that our employees also have access to the cycle to work scheme.
We build connections and have fun
Apart from professional belonging, which is beyond borders, we also embrace our local passions and interests. We believe it’s very important to support local activities, organize teambuilding events, and support community building. Last year, while working remotely, we found other ways to build ties across the community. You’ll be invited to participate at several virtual events to meet colleagues outside of your team and have fun together.
