John Hagel
CONSULTANT AND AUTHOR
John has spent over 40 years in Silicon Valley and has experience as a management consultant, entrepreneur, speaker and author. He’s driven by a desire to help individuals and institutions around the world to increase their impact in a rapidly changing world. After recently retiring as a partner from Deloitte, McGraw Hill published in May 2021 John’s new book, “The Journey Beyond Fear”, that addresses the psychology of change, and he is developing a series of programs to help people navigate through change at many levels. John has founded a new company, Beyond Our Edge, LLC, that works with companies and people who are seeking to anticipate the future and achieve much greater impact.
Jakob Haesler

Jakob is a Paris-based entrepreneur and advisor. He spent the first 11 years of his professional career at McKinsey in Berlin and Paris, where he was one of the founding partners of the French Public Sector/Health practice, and leader of the French Organization and Leadership Practice. In 2010 he co-founded tinyclues, a leading AI player in CRM-marketing. Since 2015 he has been an active investor and advisor while also pursuing a new, personal entrepreneurial project. He has been strongly involved as an investor and advisor in the biotech/dermatology startup Skintifique, and the AI-startup Taktile, since their foundation. He is a recognized expert on Big Data/AI, Technology and Innovation, and was nominated to the expert panel for the first Report on Big Data at the OECD.
Aldis Erglis

With over 20 years of experience building software-based solutions for business performance, Aldis is passionate about AI/ML and is recognized as an AI influencer in Eastern Europe. For the past six consecutive years, he has been awarded the Microsoft Data Platform MVP Award, recognizing his technology expertise and outstanding contributions to communities. Aldis created the formation of the largest Data Analysis and ML/AI communities in the Baltics, and over the past three years held more than 100 Meetup group events interacting with more than 2500 community members. He is passionate about sharing his experience and guiding groups interested in building technical knowledge and skills.
