We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Communications Specialist to join our team.
This is a global role that requires a strategic communicator who can enhance brand awareness, manage both internal and external communication efforts, and create compelling narratives. The ideal candidate will be a creative communicator with a strong command of the English language, capable of producing engaging content in various formats.
The successful applicant will excel at crafting messages that resonate with both internal stakeholders and external audiences, ensuring consistent brand communication across all of our locations.
Key Responsibilities
Content production
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content in English for various platforms, including internal communications, newsletters, press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and presentations.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s voice, brand, and communication strategies.
- Tailor content for different audience segments, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact in both internal and external communications.
Internal Communications
- Implement effective internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement, align with organizational culture, and inform employees about key company developments.
- Draft and distribute internal communications such as emails, newsletters, and announcements.
- Organize and manage the flow of information within the organization to ensure transparency, consistency, and engagement across all departments.
Global PR Support
- Help coordinate interviews, media briefings, and global PR campaigns to maintain positive brand visibility in key markets.
Event Communications
- Support the planning, promotion, and execution of internal and external events, including conferences, webinars, and company milestones, ensuring effective communication and content creation.
- Coordinate with event organizers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication pre-event, during the event, and post-event.
Brand Consistency & Messaging
- Ensure that all communication materials, whether internal or external, reflect the company’s brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track the success of content and internal communications strategies, providing feedback and recommendations to continuously improve communication efforts.
- Collect and analyze metrics related to internal engagement and external PR performance to optimize future communication strategies.
This job might be for you if you have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications.
- Experience supporting global teams, especially in multinational or multicultural environments
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with an ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, especially in PR, HR, and leadership, to ensure alignment of messages.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail in editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to navigate changing priorities and evolving communication needs in a fast-paced, global environment.
